We offer various service coverage options, depending on customers’ needs:
- 9×5: 9 hours per day, Monday to Friday, excluding public and national holidays;
- 11×5: 11 hours per day, Monday to Friday, excluding public and national holidays;
- 24×7: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, which can be extended by response time – 2 hours, 4 hours or the next working day (NBD), or time to correct the problem.
We can offer specific combination of time coverage, response time, and time to correct the problem, reflecting the uniqueness of the customer’s business.
We also offer extended software maintenance services for selection of products from leading manufacturers:
- IBM® AIX®, IBM® PowerVM, IBM® PowerHA;
- IBM® Tivoli® Storage Manager, IBM® Tivoli Monitoring, IBM® Tivoli Productivity Center;
- IBM® Lotus Domino; IBM® Lotus Notes, IBM® Lotus Sametime;

The maintenance services are performed at the customer premises or in the service center of Bulmag AD. All repairs are registered in database, so our customers can always be informed of the actions taken.
